These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of superpc.co.za and any purchase you make from Super PC. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Super PC

Super PC is an online retailer of gaming PCs, computer components, peripherals and related technology, proudly serving customers across South Africa. Every order is fulfilled by our team, and every custom build is assembled and tested by real technicians before it ships.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but errors can occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you'll have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices and stock availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our website or by arrangement with our team, and payment is processed securely via Payfast, supporting card payments, instant EFT and other local payment methods. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received — we'll send you confirmation by email once that happens. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where stock is unexpectedly unavailable.

4. Custom PC Builds

For custom-built systems, we'll confirm your exact specification with you before assembly begins. Lead times vary depending on parts availability and build complexity — we'll give you a realistic estimate at the time of order. If a specified component becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to agree on a suitable substitution or alternative before continuing. Custom builds are tested for stability and performance before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via trusted courier partners. Typical dispatch is within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation for in-stock items; custom builds may take longer as outlined above. 6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy. All components carry their manufacturer's warranty, and complete systems we build are covered by our own workmanship guarantee in addition to the individual part warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to package and ship every order securely, Super PC is not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers once an item has left our premises, except where required by South African consumer protection law. Our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Super PC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and brand names remain the property of their respective manufacturers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
