How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered nationwide by courier. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer custom PC builds?
Yes — use our Build Your Own PC tool to pick a tier, then reach out via the contact page so our techs can lock in your exact spec and confirm pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely through Payfast, supporting card payments, instant EFT and other local payment options.
What warranty comes with a pre-built PC?
All components carry their manufacturer warranty, and complete builds are covered by our workmanship guarantee. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Can I return or exchange a product?

Do you ship outside South Africa?
We currently focus on nationwide delivery within South Africa. Get in touch if you need something shipped further afield and we'll see what we can do.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also reach out to info@superpc.co.za with your order number for an update.
